Returns & refunds
Please noted this returns&refunds policy is only applicable for warranty situation.Please see NO WARRANTY SITUATION before you step this policy.

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 7 days during which you inform us of the fault (please note that for our business customers, this is 7 calendar days).
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's no more than 1 year since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. please inform your sales manager or email to master@voxlink.com.cn and we will reply you.

Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.Than you have another 7days during which you have to send back the faulted products.Please only use the verified mail post by us.
There must be a tracking number which could be followed on relative website. Otherwise, we’re not responsible for any duties or extra fess on china side.

Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.We are not responsible for any breaking, scratch or loss caused by poor packing, unreasonable laying, nor responsible for mis-used or  assembled parts.
We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
