Shipping Guide
Please understand that we are just ordinary people, and are not omnipotent. We cannot guarantee 100% delivery on time. However, we will try our best to deliver the goods on the day when the payment is received.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship our products from our warehouses in Shenzhen, using UPS, FedEx, DHL and HongKong Post as our primary delivery carriers. Most of our orders are shipped within 72 hours(not including weekends and chinese legal holidays). 

Shipping Options:
We work with multiple carriers to offer you different shipping options. Normally for small parcels bellow 2kgs, We provide the following shipping ways:
China post
China post(No tracking no.)
Hong Kong post
Hong Kong post(No tracking no.)
Singapore post
For order over 2kgs and media size order,you can choose DHL,EMS or Fedex. For bigger order,you can contact our direct customer service manager or contact with master@voxlink.com.cn for more information about shipping cost.

Shipping Terms & Conditions 
All orders will be processed within approximately one to two business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. 
Orders placed on Friday will be processed Next Monday. In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping address and billing address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed for further verification.

Shipping and handling charges
The shipping charge is calculated according to the weight and the number of you order, as well as the shipping method chosen.www.voxlink.com.cn will NOT charge any customer with Hidden fees on their order. 
All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed after you entered your shipping information and selected your shipping method. If the shipping fee does NOT appear, please review your information again or contact us after you have placed your order.
In order that our system can provide an accurate freight quotation, please be sure to enter a valid shipping address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed. Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes so that we can expedite the processing of your order.

Missing, Damaged or incorrect orders
We will do our bast to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products, please check if they have been dispatched by using our tracking facility (simply log in and then go to ‘Your Account’). 
If your order is not delivered, please e-mail us by master@voxlink.com.cn. In the unluckily event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please follow the instructions in the delivery documents.

Shipping Delays:
We do not process or ship any orders on weekends or on chinese legal holidays.
All orders require time for processing. The shipping services guaranteed are only valid for the actual delivery time. This does not include the time it takes to process your order.
