Warranty
On www.voxlink.com.cn, we offer one year warranty for most of our products by replacement or exchange. If you would like an exchange, the item(s) returned need to be unused/unopened and within the warranty period. 
You will also need to include the code number of the product you would like to receive. If there is a difference in the cost, please provide a payment method for the price difference. 
If you do not include the required information with your return, you will be contacted by one of our customer support representatives. customer service representatives.

To claim a replacement under warranty, please contact our customer service department(master@voxlink.com.cn ) to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 
Please be ready to provide your order information and reason for the return. All items being warranted must first be returned to www.voxlink.com.cn before the replacement can be sent out.
